I recently went for a haircut at Looks L'Oreal Salon at Karol Bagh in Delhi on the recommendation of a friend. The salon is located on Ajmal Khan Road near the Westside store.
I had my hair cut in layers in a V-shape from the back. The guy who cut my hair (he had longish blonde hair) did a wonderful job. Currently my hair looks like a better version of Priyanka Chopra's hairstyle on the left. The price for a haircut at Looks L'Oreal Salon is Rs.300 which is OK considering they did a great job. The only negative about the place is having to listen to sales talk about how L'Oreal hair care products are the best. They may be ok, but I ain't spending a fortune on them when companies like Garnier do the job just as well for one third the price.Where do you do your hair ? Do you use L'Oreal products ?

ReplyDeleteGood for you.I just believe in all those hypes about high end products and make up etc.I just get $15 hair cut and buy simple good quality make up stuff.I know in US ,it's billion dollar business and women spend thousands on these stuff.

ReplyDeleteI love Looks L'oreal Karol Bagh for hair jobs. They do fab streaking as well! That place is my best bet. But recently I visited the SOOP lounge by Looks at GK-1 M block. It is also gr8 but they charge 500rs. for a haircut. And they do fab jobs as well :) And they hv a specialist and if u chosse her for 4 a haircut they charge 1000 buks...lol!

ReplyDeleteI agree. The Salon looks nice. The PRODUCTS are good. However, the stylists at LOOK do not cut the mustard - at least not the ones in GK-1 M Block. Have had my hair cut and colored in Seattle, Chicago, LA, London, Vienna and I have never had such a bad haircut. These people lack skills. Perhaps because all they know how to do is style long hair - and very conservatively. If you want a real hairstyle - go somewhere else. They are charging Western prices - far too much for basically being equivalent in skills to chintzy cheap chains in the US. Not a first rate place.

ReplyDeleteReally very bad experience of smoothing in Karol bagh looks branch..we spend 10000 on it..all are waste..when we complain and tell our problems. They suggest another hair therapies to make more money..I have asked many times about the manager but no one came up with any other information..

I bought the mythic oil hair mask from noida branch and after seeing it at home I was shocked.it was used.by seeing this I have decided that I will not recommend this salon to anyone in future.
